K9 Anytime Grooming Training Weekend

The Grooming team at K9 Anytime had the pleasure of welcoming Artero UK CEO and world champion groomer with over 30 years' experience Alison Rogers for an intensive training weekend in February.

Through intricately guided tutorials with theoretical and practical demonstration, the K9 Anytime Grooming team reaped the benefit of a vast wealth of knowledge and experience from someone who has lead in her industry on an international stage for decades. Competing, and winning, in highly skilled international competitions has equipped Alison with enormous insight into how to make dogs feel and look their best, and to enjoy the process as it's taking place, not least her ambidextrous grooming ability.

Having worked closely with Artero since the launch of K9 Anytime Grooming in 2020, the team are well versed in the industry leading all vegan products, as well as continually introducing new and exclusive products available in the ever expanding treatment menu. As the CEO of Artero UK, Alison is instrumental in the development of new products, and treated the team to insider grooming hacks, techniques and combinations from the very top.

Our own K9 Anytimers attended the training course to offer their services as models, and between them provided the perfect canvases for work on breed standard cuts, competition cuts, Asian Fusion and creative styling, as well as thorough and proper groom preparation, washing & drying technique, dog handling, industry secrets, tips & tricks.

Your dog's grooming is more than a wash and cut, it's an experience and an art form, and K9 Anytime are committed to expanding their knowledge and skill sets on a continual basis. The Grooming Team then attended a weekend of grooming Seminars hosted by Artero in Huddersfield the week following, and further supplemented their grooming education with practical displays, talks and demonstrations by other world class grooming experts.
